How do I know what is in my water?
We can tell you! Request a free in-home water analysis. After you submit the form, a local Martin Water professional will contact you, typically within 24 business hours, to schedule a visit to your home or business. We will take samples, perform some testing on-site, and show you the results. At your request, we can send more samples to a certified lab for an extra charge.
What types of systems do you offer?
Systems include water softeners, drinking water systems (reverse osmosis), specialty treatment (for chlorine, stains, etc.), and spot-free car rinse systems. Additionally, we offer acid neutralizers, sulfur removal, and UV sterilizers. Our systems can scale up to suit agricultural and commercial needs, as well.
Do you sell replacement filters and parts?
Yes, we provide thousands of water treatment filters, supplies, and parts online and via supply centers supporting brands like Kinetico, Culligan, RainSoft, EcoWater, and more.

Do you service only Kinetico systems?
Our technicians are trained on nearly all major brands and can provide installation, service, and support regardless of your system type.
Where do you provide service?
We operate in PA, NY, MD, DE, and select areas in NJ, VA, WV, MA, and VT.
Can I maintain my water system myself?
Yes, we offer instructional “How‑To” videos on tasks like filter and UV bulb changes and servicing the K5 drinking system to help customers with simple maintenance.
